Built resembling like a ship deck, Margaret’s Deck serves the finest quality of Darjeeling Tea . The ultimate delight to Tea Lovers, the Lounge offers a host of Tea varieties to choose from. The good range in the variety and the flush, you can indulge yourself in tea tasting affairs if you want.

At the Lounge, they serve tea after brewing it precisely for 4 minutes, which is totally an innovative concept. The visitors can purchase tea packets at a fairly decent price from the entrance counter.

A Glimpse Into The Deck

The Deck comprises of two sections. The Restaurant area with an open kitchen and the lobby. The lobby with a small outlet displays and sells a host of exotic Tea. The interesting posters adorn the walls, adding to the charm of the area. The miniature Tea Lounge can accommodate about 30 people both inside and at the outdoor section, which can accommodate 10 people.

The deck offers the extensive view of the rolling and verdant slopes, lush green Margaret Hope Tea Garden, valleys, hamlets. However, the snow-decked peaks are not seen from the deck. If you’re lucky, you can capture the sight of DHR Toy Train running through the slopes. Tea is the most well-known affair in the region. However, the menu at Margaret’s Deck is solely continental. The local cuisines are not feasible here.
